Dr. Karthikeyan Soundararajan has won GISR’s esteemed Performance Excellence Award for the year at the IARE Awards 2021. He is a talented researcher with a PhD and has also completed his MBA, indeed a  a versatile telecom professional.

Moreover he has 15 years of industry experience currently working as Senior Manager in leading IT/ITES organization in Chennai. He has completed his Master’s from Madras University, Doctoral Degree from Bharathiyar University and currently pursing Business Analytics from IIM Trichy.

Roles of Responsibility

He worked with both National and International leading Telecom Service providers and his area of expertise are Billing and Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, Network Assurance, Fiber Roll Out, Customer Service Delivery, Strategy & Planning and Business Intelligence. He was the topper in Fraud Management contest organized by Global Revenue Assurance Professionals Association (GRAPA). He played a vital role in designing and execution of the Learning Academy initiative for Network Operations. He also delivered Guest Lectures in various B-Schools. He is a Member of All India Management Association (AIMA), an Associate Member of Madras Management Association (MMA), lifetime member of the International Association of Commerce and Management and Certified EUMMAS trainer (European Marketing and Management Association). He is passionate towards CSR and has rendered his service to the community through Action Aid, Annai Teresa Memorial Trust and Uthavum Ullangal NGOs.

Achievements

He has published 10 research papers in the referred International and National Journals. He has published a book “Service Quality of Management Education Institution”. He has been the Keynote Speaker in ESN ICMRI 2020 - World Book of Records Conference organized by ESN Publications and been Chairperson in an International Conference organized by leading Engineering Educational Institution in Chennai. Advisory Board member for ARISE 2021 – Global Conference to be held in Sep’21. He was selected for IRDP– “Industry Expert National Award 2021” organized by IRDP Group of Journals, award function to be held on 19th Sep’21.
