Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • The conference registration covers conference proceedings.The registration doesn’t cover accommodation, transportation, visa fee etc. Selected papers will be submitted for publication Journal. At least one author of an accepted paper is required to register at the full registration rate. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has also to be registered separately.

  • Registration fees are not refundable for any Authors/Conference Attendee/Listener/Delegates. Refunds are not provided for attendees who do not attend the conference. No show policy will be applicable in this scenario.

  • The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates/attendees, either during, or after the conference.
