Academic and Leadership Contributions: As an active U.G.C. Autonomy Peer Committee Member since 2013, Dr. Durga has served as a resource person for numerous institutions, including JNTU-H and Dr. MCR HRD, where she contributed her expertise at UGC SAM workshops. She has organized multiple national and international conferences, youth leadership camps, and seminars, holding numerous administrative roles and actively participating in the AMS Executive Committee from 2015 to 2021. 

Mentorship and Publications: Dr. Durga has guided six M.Phil. students and two Ph.D. scholars, co-authored several textbooks, and completed UGC-funded research projects aimed at promoting entrepreneurship among SC/ST women. Her published work and public talks have made a significant impact on personality development, entrepreneurship, and women’s empowerment. 

Awards and Community Involvement: Recognized with honors such as the State Best Teachers Award and the Global Peace & Education Excellence Award, Dr. Durga has been an influential figure beyond academia. She served as an NSS District Program Officer from 1996 to 2006 and has contributed to various institutions as a resource person, delivering impactful talks on moral and ethical values for youth, women’s entrepreneurship, and leadership. 

Additional Interests: Known for her love of poetry and theater arts, Dr. Durga actively engages in workshops and seminars, including programs for IAS aspirants, and participates in webinars to promote education and leadership. Her diverse efforts in education, youth empowerment, and community development have made a lasting impact, inspiring the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs.
