Prof. (Dr.) Bodhisatva Acharya currently serves as the Dean Cum Principal of the College of Law and Legal Studies at Teerthankar Mahaveer University, Moradabad, India. Prof. Acharya’s legal journey began with a remarkable stint at the Supreme Court of India from 1992 to 1996, where he gained invaluable experience in the intricacies of the legal system. He earned his LL.M in Business in 1994 and completed his Doctorate in Law in 2012, laying a solid foundation for his esteemed academic career.
Contributions to Legal Education
- Prof. Acharya began his teaching career in 1996 as a Lecturer of Law in the Law Department, KGK (PG) College, Moradabad, where he served until 2004. His passion for teaching and legal scholarship has made a profound impact on the lives of countless students.
- Over the years, Prof. Acharya has supervised numerous PhD students, guiding them in their research and contributing to the growth of legal academia in India.
