(Edu.), has 30 years' experience. Joined Red Roses Public School, Saket in
1989 as TGT promoted as PGT, Vice Principal and finally took
command of the school as Principal from 1st November 2002. She
was awarded as CBSE Teachers Award 2015, Delhi State Teacher Award 2013, International
Educator Award 2019, Leader in Excellent
Academic Performance Award, Guru Drona Award, National
Teacher Award (Shiksha Ratna) and many more. Besides, she is a
member of CBSE: Sports Advisory Committee, School Inspection Team,
Observer for JEE, AIPMT, and CTET examination, Centre Nodal
Superintendent, Centre Superintendent for main Board Examination and also
CBSE Resource Person for classroom management. She Presented papers
on many diverse topics like High Achieving
Schools. Teaching & Learning Strategies, Transformational Leadership
and Do teachers still matter in the age of Information Technology etc. which
are published in National & International Journals. Took many communities
initiatives for social work in collaboration with Rotary Club of New Delhi and
many NGOs like Helpage India, Goonj, Aarohan and Uday Foundation. She
has visited many foreign countries like China, USA, Australia, Thailand,
Finland and Japan for attending International Conference of Principals from
India to learn the finest educational system in the world.
