Mr. Avishek Jaiswal is a Chemical
Engineer working as Associate Project Manager in KBR Technology, Pune, handling the global catalyst business development
portfolio.
He has completed his B. Tech from Laxminarayan
Institute of Technology Nagpur, Executive Management Programme from IIT Bombay
and currently pursuing his post-graduation in Business Management from
Suryadatta Institute of Business Management and Technology, Pune. He was a part
of the commissioning team of two of India’s largest refineries- Essar Oil (Nayara
Energy) in 2008 & HMEL Bathinda in 2012.
He is
involved in several humanitarian initiatives. He supports the Bharatiya Gorkha
Ekta Sangh, a Mumbai based NGO, which facilitates free accommodation for
outstation cancer patients in Mumbai and the Meghalaya based strategic think
tank Good World Foundation, working in the areas of public policy, healthcare
and education in North-Eastern India.
During
the COVID-19 lockdown, he volunteered to arrange food supplies for distressed
families and migrant workers in Pune.
