• With over 25 years of experience spanning the globe, Dr. Lopamudra is a Certified Corporate Director and Senior Management Professional. 
• Her expertise encompasses CSR, Social Development, Sustainability, Corporate Governance, and more, for both international and national companies.
• Currently, Dr. Lopamudra holds a leadership role as General Manager - CSR, Sustainability & Corporate Relations at Hindalco Industries Limited, Rayagada, Odisha, within the Aditya Birla Group.
• Her career has taken her to remote corners of India and abroad, where she served as an HR and CSR consultant and contributed to international business development in Greece and Italy.
• Dr. Lopamudras career began as a Waitress at the Oberoi group and led her to become Vice President for Texnokat Group in Europe. 
• She also worked at Sonalika Group, where she held positions in CSR, Human Resources, and Corporate Communication.
• Hailing from Rayagada District in Odisha, Dr. Lopamudra is committed to empowering indigenous tribal communities. 
• Her focus areas include Women & Child Development, Gender Diversity, Substance Abuse Awareness, LGBTQ Rights, and Tribal Community Development.
• Dr. Lopamudra is deeply inspired by the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She serves as the ambassador of SDG Choupal for Odisha, dedicated to implementing SDGs at the grassroots level.

• She is the Honorary Co-Chair of the "CSR and Sponsorship" Committee of the Confederation of Sports and Recreation Industry (CSRI), showcasing her commitment to sports development.
