Dr. Femina Syed, a doyen in the area of Organizational
Behavior and HRM, has been in academia for sixteen years. She is a double
postgraduate in Business Economics and Business Administration and was a
Doctoral Research Fellow (ICSSR) at School of Management Studies, Cochin
University of Science and Technology. Dr. Femina was the maiden researcher at
Cochin University of Science and Technology to have received the Indian Council
Of Social Science Research (ICSSR) Doctoral Research Fellowship for her
doctoral research. She has conferred a doctorate in Management in 2017. She is
a Certified Corporate Director from the Institute Of Directors, New Delhi. She also holds a Diploma in Management, Post
Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Post Graduate Diploma in
Management to her credit. She has presented and published articles in national
and international journals/conferences in her area of specialization
(Organization Behavior) and has elaborate experience in Corporate Training,
Management Development Programs, and Faculty Development Programs in the areas
of HRM & OB. Dr. Femina Syed is also the recipient of the Indo Asian Award
for Distinguished Professor (2019). Worked as Professor (HR & OB) in
facilitating and coaching graduate and postgraduate learners in various
institutes of repute and is proficient in training managers of various
organizations through interactive discussions, hands-on approaches and
gamification.
