presently residing at Arusha, Tanzania, have completed Doctor of Philosophy in
Management specialized in Marketing. I am basically a Pure Management graduate,
who is very proactive, open to learn new concepts and implements the same for
the development of any organization. I have about 7 years of experience in teaching full time post graduate
Management students (MBA), 1.5 years
of experience in handling Online and e-learning domain and presently in
flexible workplace mode , I have about 6
months of experience as Instructional
Designer in Texila American University Consortium, India. I have presented
more than 20 papers in the National
and International Conferences/Seminars. Have guided more than 300 MBA students for their project
work, assisted more than 20 M.Phil students
to complete their research thesis successfully. I have published more than 3
articles in the National and International Journals. Adding to my credit , I
have given my insights and expertise in 13 micro videos on the topic Women@Work to ANT WAK on
03.09.2020, an experiential micro the learning platform, open source knowledge repository by Professionals for
Professionals and the same have been live in their website as well as on other
social media platforms from 4th October 2020. Received the “Life Time Achievement Award†of International Association of
Educators and Corporate Trainers – IAECT 2020 through virtual mode on
31.10.2020. Received “Certificate of Membership with International association
of Educators and Corporate Trainers†from Bestow Edutrex International issued
on September 2020. Received the Google Digital Garage Certificate from Google
for the certificate course on “The
Fundamentals of Digital Marketing†on July 2020. Received the Certificate
as Certified Compliance officer for DEAC
(Distance Education and Training Council†on September 2015.
