He was honoured with two prestigious Global Awards— the Talent Donation Oscar and the Global Samsung Role Model Award—recognizing his exceptional dedication and influence within the company.
Driven by a deep passion for education, Vishal Gupta began training engineering and management students, as well as faculty members from premier universities, during weekends.

In 2015, he made the bold decision to leave his corporate career and pursue his dream of transforming India into the world’s largest educational hub.
He founded eGurukul Bhaarat, a platform that has since trained students in over 70 institutes and 30 schools across 23 states and 4 Union Territories in India.
Vishal Guptas expertise in education was further recognized when he was selected as one of the 157 global education experts by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) to provide input on India’s National Education Policy.
