Ms. Anna Abesadze

Anna is an Adviser to the Rector and a Lecturer at Grigol Robakidze University, who has extensive experience in both government & non-governmental programmes, including 10 years in international programs. 

Among other awards, she received the Presidential Volunteerism Award from the White House and was selected as a "Host Country Hero" by the Peace Corps. She was also a finalist for the GESS Education Award in the “Alma Mater” sector awards for Outstanding Contributions in Education. 

Anna’s excellent academic achievements are the recognition of her efforts. In 2009 she was chosen as a scholar of the U.S. Department of State Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) program. From 2015 to 2017, she was an Erasmus mundus scholar who received the European Union Scholarship. 

Anna is also a sought-after speaker, invited to present at world-class conferences such as NSPA and NAFSA.
