experience. A resourceful professional with 7 years of an academic career in teaching Human Resource
Management and Organizational Behavior to postgraduates and Undergraduates.
Proficient with web technologies utilized for teaching purposes. A diversified managerial and servicing experience of
about 9 years as a business partner with Elegant
Services (from 2007 to 2011) and as a Service franchise with Eureka Forbes
Ltd. from 2000 to 2006. Demonstrated
success in developing, implementing and managing workforce and collaborative
abilities. I have worked in various colleges and Universities like MIET Business
School, Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Management College, Vidya Institute of Creative
Teaching, Kalka institute of research and applied sciences, Bhagwati College of Management and technology, Gurukul
Kangri University, and Chaudhary Charan Singh University. I am a Certified
trainer of AIMA Bizlab as well as ERPSIM by openSAP, HEC Montreal, and Baton
Simulations. My Educational Background includes Ph.D. in Management, Master of
Commerce (M.Com), Master of Business Administration (MBA). I have qualified UGC
NET (Industrial Relation) in 2013 and UGC NET (Management) in 2012. I have
attended more than ten Faculty Development Programs and contributed over fifteen research
papers in various national and international conferences and journals. I have
also received a best paper award.
