Pankajam Sridevi (Managing Director (India) of Commonwealth Bank of Australia is a professional with 30+ years of experience in the manufacturing, technology, and banking domains. She has lead large teams through transformation and change in these sectors. She is very passionate about hiring persons with a disability, LGBTI persons and women into Organization. She has been awarded the woman super achiever award by Femina HRD and role model CEO by NCPEDP- Mindtree to mention a few.

Pankajam is the former president of BCIC, trustee of Indian inclusion Foundation, and in the advisory council of Anita Borg Institute (India).
