Ms. Renu Singh is currently employed as Program Coordinator – Finance with Amity University, NOIDA. She is also a Faculty of Banking, Insurance and Global Financial Markets with ADDOE department.
She is an avid reader and a rigorous researcher in the domain of
Finance, with a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical implementation.
She is exploring implications of emerging financial technology on Digital
Payment Systems vis-a-vis the global changing scenario. She expertise’s in
FinTech, AI, RPA, API, PSD2, DigitalPayment systems, Financial Services, Due
Diligence and Compliance. She is NISM certified in Mutual Funds and Depository
Services. She has attended various workshops, seminars, and conferences on
Finance and Banking. She has authored a white paper on "Impact of
Digitalization on Rural banking Customer: With reference to payment systems"
in Emerging Economy Studies, by Sage Publications. Her current research focuses
on "Unleashing FinTech potential in Banking Industry" which talks of
impact of Financial Technology on Banks profitability and improvement in
Service Quality. Through her research, she desires to create a technological
model to bring in the latest technology into implementation in the real banking
world VUCA scenario.
