Overview

Ms. Swathi Shetty has been working with the Training and Development sector for about 7 years now and currently associated with Birla- World School and also is an Auditor for the establishment and continual improvement of the QMS processes in various companies. Ms Swathi has initiated several Corporate Social Responsibility programme alongside Hawana in line with Muriya project. Actively been a part of TedX program through NMAMIT and Entrepreneurship development Camp by EDII. She has worked with recognized Multi-National companies and also been Certified with Train the Trainer (TTT) by Accenture to achieve 100% throughput and certification. Received the Best presentation award for the Monthly business review (MBR) conducted by Reliance. Besides, in her current role, she has received Executive Director’s Award as the Best Support Manager.
