Overview

Dr. Vaishali Pagaria; An academician who thrives to give society an ethical business person. A Start-up Coach who mentors budding engineers and management graduates to be successful entrepreneurs. A Freelance Management Consultant for various MSMEs and NGOs in areas like enterprise management, project management, strategic management, financial and accounting management, monitoring, and evaluation, capacity building, data management, research and documentation, MIS, etc.

Currently, I am an Associate Professor at Malla Reddy College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad; having an experience of more than 19 years in Teaching and Industry put together. I have obtained my Ph.D. in management. I am also a regular Guest Faculty to BITS Pilani’s Work Integrated Learning Programme, designed mainly for working executives. I am versatile in multidisciplinary specializations in Business Management and well as Social Development. I conduct training programs for faculty as well as for students on these subjects. I have more than 25 publications in the National and International Conferences and Journals. I was awarded the "International Inspirational Women Award for Best Women Change Marker", in the year 2020 and “Excellency in Teaching and Social Services” in the year 2012. I am also actively involved in advising research scholars mainly in the field of business management, commerce, and social development. Over a period of time, I have gained diversified expertise in shaping the career of undergraduate and post-graduate students enhancing their personality, knowledge, attitude, and employability at the same time making them responsible for society.
