and research experience in Higher Education. She has 12 years of teaching
experience at Loyola College, Chennai, and currently the Coordinator of the
Department of English, Loyola College, Chennai. She was awarded Outstanding
Woman In Humanities and Social Sciences in the year 2018 by Venus International
Foundation(Centre for Advanced Research and Design) for her contribution and
achievement in English Literature. Further, her contribution in Higher
Education impacts student success through the development and dissemination of innovative
teaching and assessment practices.
